What is Glow?
Stonnington’s iconic gardens and public spaces will light up like never before with luminous installations, projections and performances.
See buildings transform before your eyes, discover luminous butterflies on light posts, find glowing giant flowers and colossal mushrooms, journey through an enchanted village, discover multi-coloured and oversized neon Glow letters in corners, parks and gardens across Stonnington plus much more.
When is Glow and what time does it start?
Glow runs from 10 – 20 August 2017
6pm – 11pm Friday to Saturday
6pm – 10pm Sunday to Thursday
What age group is Glow suitable for?
Glow is suitable for people of all ages, young and the young at heart.
How much does it cost to attend?
The majority of Glow events are free with only one ticketed performance of If These Walls Could Talk…? at Chapel Off Chapel.
How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets to If These Walls Could Talk…? can be purchased by visiting the website glowfestival.com.au or by calling the Chapel Off Chapel Box Office on 8290 7000.
Do I have to be a resident of Stonnington to attend?
No, you do not need to be a resident of Stonnington to attend Glow, however we do encourage residents to participate and join in the fun.
Can we purchase food at each event?
Glow takes you places across Stonnington with many installations and gardens located within an easy walk to a diverse range of dining options. We encourage visitors to enhance their Glow journey and check out the delicious food options nearby.
When is Glow Opening Night and can I attend?
Glow Opening Night is on Thursday, 10 August at Central Park, Malvern East from 6pm and is a free event. Be the first to see some of Glow’s fabulous installations including the highly anticipated Alice’s Garden. Food and drink will be available for purchase on the night.

Where is everything located?
There are a variety of event locations throughout the City of Stonnington. Refer to the event map for full details or grab a copy of our event program from the Stonnington Service Centres or Libraries.
Are these locations accessible?
Parks and gardens within Stonnington are wheelchair accessible, if you have specific requirements please call the Festivals and Events Team on (03) 8290 1333 in advance of attending.
Chapel Off Chapel is wheelchair accessible however there is limited accessible parking available.
A hearing loop is available at the performance If These Walls Could Talk…? Ask the staff at Chapel Off Chapel upon arrival and they will assist you with this.
